There’s a bit of brokenness in all of us. Yet, we’re still beautiful inside.
Flash
You can’t dispute that I’ve alerted you about the dangers of toxicity.
But it won’t mean a thing when you don’t take heed!
In the News,
Living Inside the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly . . .
Through the mask of toxicity, COVID-19 has become the new norm. Many appear to take this lifestyle for granted. Yet, there is still a burst of toxicity that exists among us as we live and breathe its normality. Look around there are those who feel comfortable enough to step into the same space another occupies. Seemingly, for them, there is no need to social distance, wear a mask, or maintain the washing of hands.
That’s fine too! We all have a preference on how we choose to live inside this new norm. When it comes to toxicity, it has a way of rearing its ugly head. I’ve come to know toxicity all too well. I don’t look at Covid-19 any different than I do when being in the midst of a toxic person. Discovering that toxic people can be just as contagious as Covid-19.
So, what does it all mean? Let’s be clear in its understanding, here goes:
Once a toxic person takes control, you may not realize you’re in a toxic relationship or that you are a victim. Better yet, you’re even a hostage. Don’t become a prisoner to those who choose to control you. You can become your own worst enemy. There is no relationship that’s worth devaluing yourself. Remember, empowerment is control, so empower yourself to be in control. Let go of the toxicity in your circle. Regain the power and break the chains of those who control you! When it’s all said and done, the controller loses!
Don’t become a victim! There are things you can do to let go of a toxic relationship. People, it’s not rocket science! There are things one can do to rid themselves of toxicity. Think about it and do it!
In this massive time of destruction, toxicity is on the rise. Life is full of unhealthy relationships, giving ample opportunity for toxicity to find a home. A home where one resides for comfort and shelter. When this happens, there is a loss of self-love. That little person who lives inside (each of us) says, “Don’t allow anyone to rob you of that self-love!”

Early Warning: Nation-wide Alert. . . They’re Back!
Did you know wellness is the new luxury of life? If you’re seeking to make a change, you’re on the right track to surviving in a broken society and moving forward to a life of wellness. With all those unhealthy interactions that invaded our environment and crippled our circle, I’ve titled these toxic elements (in their many disguises), Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Life is so full of stuff . . . the good, the bad, and lots of ugliness. This is a reason its title resonates well with what’s happening in today’s society. Think about it! Those unruly interactions have brought nothing but a mass of destruction and rawness. The Pod People (as we knew them) are no longer a fictitious image from a sci-fi movie. Seemingly, they’re back, alive, active, and real!
The way we value wealth and social connections is evident that America is a broken society and unbearably toxic. Look around; times are extremely dangerous ─ capturing the loss of emotions and individualized identities. We can’t close an eye without fear of being robbed of our life, even the life of a loved one. No one is safe ─ not on a commute, not in a home, nor at a church. The proof is in the mass destruction from that of emotionless, singled-minded drones. We no longer must entertain their crazy madness or close an eyelid; for its poison will swallow the human side of us . . . and we’ll become one of them. For your own safety, arm yourself with a protective shield. It should help you Break Free of Toxicity. Throughout my social sites’ postings, I’ve provided informational tools (as one’s shield of armor), use them at all costs. Don’t allow anyone to absorb your mindset and take away the joy. You’ll want to Fill Yourself with the Overflow and empower the self! If you’re unfamiliar with the news of Overflow, listen to the artist Tasha Cobbs ─ releasing its beautification for overflowing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKWkYxikygQ
Most importantly, it’s about spreading love, looking good, feeling great, reaching for greater power, and sleeping well. In this era, that phrase is a more holistic state of being where one’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health becomes synced. If you’re not into a wellness lifestyle, you will be one of them!
Beware and take it seriously: having contact with the Body Snatchers is contagious and deadly . . . Don’t get caught in the dark without shinning your light.
