Take a stab at starting your first journal entry. If you have already decided on your medium
for journaling, write your first entry there. If you haven’t acquired your chosen medium for journaling, record it on the page provided in this guide and then copy it into your journal when you get it.
When you start the entry, include the date. Consider providing your name, occupation,
and things you like (doing this makes it personalized). If you like, include where you are
writing, what time of day it is, or your current mood. Including these simple details will
help get the writing juices flowing for when you need to write about the big stuff.
I can’t tell you what to write . . . that’s your call. For me, the writing was and is a powerful
tool for healing and releasing emotional pain. Get into your mind and thoughts, push
them through, and let them flow. The deeper your feelings the better (this could be
helpful too for writing purposes). Your entries should be as though you’re talking to
someone, such as a trusted friend. Again, try to be precise in remembering the details
of your day—
Insight
Pain, anger, hurt, losses, emotions, feelings, healing, etc. These are all great reasons for making those impressions come alive. And putting it on paper one can see the faces of . . . Have you ever tried your hand at the process of writing? When you journal it can be good for the soul. No doubt, Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry knew the healing powers behind it all. See, there is power in journaling! Consider it a therapeutic pathway to recovery. Another method for use is as a tool to help with one’s mental health and well-being. I look at it as the vehicle used to empty out waste (i.e., toxicity). So what use can you get from it?

Hi there:
Well, thanks for the kind words. Glad you liked the post and enjoyed the reading. BTW, my book titled, Not a Blueprint, won another award. It’s the 5th one . . . I just thought I’d share that with you. Hopefully, you’ll check it out as a read (too) and give your feedback at Amazon. Looking forward to your return!
Howdy I am so thrilled I found your site, I really found you
by error, while I was researching on Google for something else, Regardless I am here now and
would just like to say kudos for a tremendous post and a all round thrilling blog (I also love the theme/design),
I don’t have time to browse it all at the moment but I have book-marked it
and also added in your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read much more, Please do keep up
the excellent job.
Howdy to you!
Glad to know you’ve found me. I appreciate the shout out. There is a lot to understand and become aware of when toxicity is involved. I look forward to your next visit.
BTW, have you checked out my memoir (in eBook), “Not a Blueprint It’s the Shoe Prints that Matter?”
It has won five awards already. The audible makes a great choice – all it takes is an ear, no reading. Now, is the time to engulf yourself with a good read. Call it stimulus support (smile). It’s not an easy task making others aware of my eBook, either. I can’t go it alone, but with your help we can make it happen. Please share the news in your circle. Thanks a bunch!

Stunning quest there. What happened after? Thanks!
Hello there:
Well, what you’ve just read was a chapter from my activity guide. That piece was to get you started on journaling. We all have a story to tell. And it can be an expressive tool that helps us through our journey. There is a lot to understand and become aware of when toxicity is involved. I look forward to your next visit.

I absolutely love your website.. Pleasant colors & theme. Did you make
this site yourself? Please reply back as I’m wanting to create my own personal
site and want to find out where you got this from or just what the theme is named.
Cheers!
Greetings Helene:
Welcome to the website. I’m using a WordPress Platform. My webmaster created the design and elected the platform. My webmaster is also hosting and maintaining this website. His company is 20MilesNorth. I’m not computer savvy when it comes to the knowledge of creating platforms and websites. Perhaps, you may want to Google that question. These days, Google seems to have all the answers (smile). Thanks for coming by, and looking for your return. Wishing success in setting up your blog.
Thank you ever so for you blog.Really thank you! Much obliged.
Hello to you!
Wow! Thanks for those kind words. Glad you found my website and enjoyed the reading. Hopefully, you will find interest in reading my storybook (e-book or audible) speaks a lot to who I am. For sure, you’ll get to know more about me; perhaps, and gain insight into why I write on particular subjects.
Come back soon!
Greetings Albert:
Gee, thanks for the kind and thoughtful words. Glad you enjoyed the website and postings. Really, when one has been on a journey, it can be rather easy to share the details. As you will discover in my postings, I speak a lot about toxicity. You can say that I had a heck of an experience engaging in.
Well, I appreciate that you’ve stopped by. Hopefully, you will consider letting others know about my website. Thanks for your support! Please come again soon!
Howdy! Do you use Twitter? I’d like to follow you if that would be ok.
I’m absolutely enjoying your blog and look forward to
new updates.

Also, you can find my other social handles on the Home Page Menu. Just thought I’d share that with you, too.
Again, I appreciate thanks for dropping by!
I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get
setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% sure. Any tips or advice would
be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it
Greetings Martha:
Well, welcome to the website and leaving this comment. A warm shout out to you! Unfortunately, offhand I can’t think of any. Write what you feel would be of interest to you that perhaps others enjoy reading. Also, I believe we are all different in our topics and what we elect to share. Guess, that’s the uniqueness of any blogger. Sorry, I couldn’t be more help. Wish you much success in your writing. And if you’d like to guest blog on my website, let me know. Come again, soon!
I have read so many articles regarding the blogger lovers however
this article is really a good piece of writing,
keep it up.
Greetings:
Nice to know you liked the postings. And pleased you managed to find me here! It’s great to learn; especially, when encountering new challenges. My journey taught me a lot about challenges – so much that I find myself writing from experience. So, whatever comes up – comes out. I’ve been told by my publisher, I tend to think out the box a bit. Perhaps, her comment has some validity to it (smile). Looking forward to your many return.
I relish, cause I discovered just what I was looking for.
You’ve ended my four day lengthy hunt! God Bless you man. Have a great day.
Bye

Hello, there:
Welcome to the website! In these COVID-19 times, I appreciate caring enough to let others know about the dangers of toxicity. As you know, it’s usually the topic of my subjects. I’m on Twitter too so that’s even better. If you share, I may see one of my postings there (smile).

I do consider all of the ideas you’ve introduced for your post.
They are really convincing and can definitely work.
Nonetheless, the posts are too short for novices. Could you please extend them a little from next time?
Thanks for the post.

Thanks for reading my post and the feedback. With my busy schedule, it’s easier to keep the postings short and simple. However, I will take your advice into consideration. And I appreciated your valuable feedback/comments. Glad, you dropped by!

I’m amazed, I have to admit. Seldom do I encounter a blog that’s equally
educative and engaging, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail
on the head. The issue is something which too few folks are speaking
intelligently about. I’m very happy that I stumbled across this during my hunt for something concerning

Hello Alan:
Well, thanks for the kind words. I’m pleased you enjoyed the read. Hopefully, you’ll feel compelled to share in your circle.
BTW, I appreciate you sharing your link; a nice web page. Wishing you continued success. Come again soon!
I believe what you posted was actually very reasonable. But, consider this, suppose
you composed a catchier post title? I am not
saying your content isn’t solid, but suppose you added
a title that grabbed people’s attention? I mean A Journal
of Toxicology – Nina Norstrom is a little plain. You might glance at
Yahoo’s front page and note how they create post titles to get
viewers to click. You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab people excited about everything’ve got to
say. In my opinion, it might make your blog a little bit more interesting.
Greetings Theresa:
Welcome to the website. To answer your question: I rather keep it simple, ’cause that is the preference that works best for me. Each blogger has their own style. Guess, you can just call me “Plain Jane.” I do have videos and images attached to my post. Well, that’s one thing I’m doing right. I appreciate your comment. But, I’ll continue to do my thing as a Plain Jane. When blogging it’s quite taxing to even think of s topic to blog about. Thanks again, for your comment.
What’s Going down i’m new to this, I stumbled upon this I’ve found It
positively useful and it has helped me out loads. I’m
hoping to give a contribution & assist other users like its helped me.
Good job.

Greetings Emma:
Thanks for that wonderful comment. Nice to know you liked the postings. Certainly, when one has been on a heck of a journey becomes easy to share the experience, from the good to bad. I’ve always stated that life is full of stuff the good, the bad, and the ugly. My journey taught me a lot about challenges – so much that I find myself writing from experience. I’m looking forward to your return.
Hopefully, you get a chance to discover more about me through reading my storybook or e-book,” Not a Blueprint,” (a finalist of Book Excellence Award 2020). Once you’ve been in that dark place and made it back, you’ll want to share that experience with others. Should you elect to read the creation(s), do leave me an online comment at Amazon. That’s well- appreciated!
Great blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost
on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or
go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m
totally confused .. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the kind words. I’ve had my website since 2013. It hadn’t always looked like this. I gave it a new facelift for 2020. With my hectic schedule, it’s really not easy coming on blogging. There is a lot of task work that goes into authorship. So, I try to send out a blog as often as I can. Seemingly, it’s not often enough. If you have a piece of writing you’d like to share with readers (on this website), let me know. Of course, you’d get credit for your posting. And if you use any of my work, I’d expect the same in turn. Again, thanks for the compliments.

Welcome to the website (first-time visitor). Pleased to know how impressed you are with the material. Thanks a bunch for sharing the links. Looking forward to your return.
Greetings from Los angeles! I’m bored at work so I
decided to check out your website on my iphone during lunch break.
I enjoy the knowledge you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home.
I’m surprised at how quick your blog loaded on my mobile ..
I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, fantastic site!
I go to see day-to-day some web sites and
websites to read articles, except this weblog
provides feature based posts.
Hi there:
Well, thanks much! Appreciate you sharing those comments. Unfortunately, I don’t have a donation button. But, would love for you to support this site by purchasing and reviewing my literary creation(s). Be nice to let the folks in your circle know about me. This pandemic has hit the book industry and prevent authors from having face-to-face events.
So, have you checked out my memoir or activity guide, “Not a Blueprint It’s the Shoe Prints that Matter?” or “Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall. . . .” They both have won several awards. That says a lot as a great creation! Call it stimulus support (smile). Better yet, consider it a unique way of supporting.
I can’t go it alone, but with your help, we can make it happen. Feel free to share the site in your circle. Remember, books make great specialty gifts y You may need to cut and paste the links in a search engine.

Admiring the hard work you put into your blog and detailed information you offer.
It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that
isn’t the same unwanted rehashed information. Great read!
I’ve saved your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
