Seldom do we let go of those busy, stressful days that engulf our lives. Far too often
we abuse ourselves. We find time for others and never give time for the self. Taking care of
self should not be a challenge but a priority. Give yourself some added self-love. You can
even title it a Me Day. This will mean taking in a day with no stresses, no worries, and no
undue pressures. Pick any day of the week. It doesn’t matter what day you choose, just
pick. You deserve it, and self will love you for it—physically, emotionally, mentally, and
spiritually. Enjoy it, and have a beautiful Me Day!
Complete this information after taking a “Me Day.”
What date and day did you choose?
What did you do to nurture yourself on this day?
How did it feel to have a “Me Day?”
How often will you do a “Me Day” (i.e., daily, weekly, or monthly)?
What will you do on your next “Me Day?” (This could be more than one activity.)
Insight
I don’t proclaim to be an advisor or healer! But, I know there is a prescription for healing. Through the self-discovery processes, I’ve come to realize those huge doses of self-love takes care of me. So, how can I not want to be gentle, nurturing, and caring to self? It is what dictates my ability to love others. The real work of learning to love self is in knowing the “self” and accepting it all. People, the best self-love advice I can is that “we must learn to love.” There’s no better way than to start with loving the “self.” If you don’t know how to love yourself, the guide introduces some practical ways.

Well, thanks for the kind words. Glad you stopped by to read the posting. Come again soon!
Heya! I’m at work surfing around your blog from my new
iphone 4! Just wanted to say I love reading your
blog and look forward to all your posts! Carry on the excellent work!

I’m using a WordPress Platform. My webmaster created the design and elected the platform. I’m not computer savvy when it comes to the knowledge of creating these platforms. However, I wrote the content and what images to use. I’ve been told by my publisher I tend to think out the box a bit. Perhaps, her comment has some validity to it (smile). Looking forward to your return.
I used to be able to find good info from your content.
Greetings:
Thanks for your comments. Glad to know you embraced it all (website and postings). Well, I’ll tell ya . . .
Once you’ve been on a journey and made it back, it can be relatively easy to spread the news about life lessons. I feel there’s no better educator than life itself. Guess, you can say that I speak from experience – it just comes up and comes out. I do find I write when it hits me. Perhaps, that why there’s not an abundance of daily postings. Oh yea, there was a time frame I was in a horrible space for over three decades. All my thoughts during that period proved to be nothing but negative and dark.

Thanks for coming by. I try to write as often as I can. My latest article (dated 3/16/20), titled “Amazing Power of Prayer.” Hopefully, you’ll get a chance to read that one. Enjoy your day, and stay safe!
Wow, incredible blog layout! How long have you ever been blogging for? you made blogging glance easy. The entire glance of your site is great, as smartly as the content material!
Greetings,
Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate your comments. I’ve been blogging since 2013. I give credit to my webmaster for the design site.

Pleased to know you’ve found me. I appreciate your kind words. There is a lot to understand and become aware of when toxicity is involved. Look forward to your next visit.
BTW, do check out my memoir (in eBook), “Not a Blueprint It’s the Shoe Prints that Matter.”
It has won five awards already. The audible makes a great choice – all it takes is an ear, no reading. Now, is the time to engulf yourself with a good read. Call it stimulus support. If you decide to get the eBook, let me know. I greatly appreciate it. Let others know about this eBook. Wouldn’t mind hearing that you did as well.

Hi friends, good paragraph and pleasant arguments commented at
this place, I am genuinely enjoying by these.
Hi Benjamin!
Pleased that you’ve found the website. Glad you liked the topic, “Pick A Me Day.” The message spoke to the lack of self-caring and self-nurturing.
When you’ve been there, it’s rather easy to share the details. I’ve learned so much through this journey. Most importantly, I love sharing!
On a regular, I try to post images with many of my topics. Seemingly, that has a greater impact when reading the message.
Benjamin, if you thought that particular message was informative, check out the rest of the activity guide, “Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall . . . .” With the brokenness that’s happening in today’s society, I’m confident you’ll find it rather engaging. If not for yourself, you may want to gift it to someone special. It has a specialty page for gifting (see below):

Hello! I know this is kinda off topic nevertheless I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest authoring a
blog post or vice-versa? My website addresses a lot of the same topics as
yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you might be interested feel free to shoot me an e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you! Superb blog by the way!
Hello Janice:
Wow, thanks for those kind words. Please to know of your interest. And yes, would love to share my postings and/or thoughts on your website. I did visit your site, signed up for the newsletter, and followed you on Twitter. Also, you can follow me on Twitter. Sharing posts that work for me! I’d love to make you a guest writer. Of course, I’ll give you credit so readers will know where information was obtained. This would lessen the thinking processes for both of us. Would be fewer thoughts we’ll have to come up with in writing the postings (smile). You can send me your email from my Contact page. Just go to where it indicates Send an Email. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Timothy.

Its like you learn my mind! You appear to grasp so much approximately this, like
you wrote the ebook in it or something. I feel that you simply can do with some percent to drive the message house a bit, however instead of that,
that is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I’ll definitely be back.

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is valuable and everything.
But think about if you added some great visuals
or videos to give your posts more, “pop”!
Your content is excellent but with images and clips, this blog could
definitely be one of the greatest in its niche. Amazing blog!
Greetings Bryan:
Thanks for your comments. Glad to know you embraced it all (website and postings). Well, I’ll tell ya . . .
Once you’ve been on a journey and made it back, it can be relatively easy to spread the news about life lessons. I feel there’s no better educator than life itself. Guess, you can say that I speak from experience. In spite of my hectic schedule, I do tend to limit my postings and use videos or images along with the message. Just a preference of mine.
There are postings where I have a broken into sections for blogging; especially, when it’s a long-winded topic. I must confess: I write when it hits me. Perhaps, that’s why there’s NOT an abundance of daily postings. Oh yeah, there was a time frame I was in a horrible space for over three decades. All my thoughts during that period proved to be nothing but negative and dark. However, I will take your suggestion into consideration.
BTW, if you get an opportunity, check out my storybook, (e-book or audiobook), “Not a Blueprint It’s the Shoe Prints that Matter,” – it’s so full of life lessons. After reading, kindly leave a comment at Amazon. If you’re interested in a “free copy,” I can provide you with a code download, let me know. Also, it has won its fifth award, Book Excellence Award. Looking forward to your return; hopefully, see you soon!

Hello Daniel:

BTW, I appreciate you sharing your link; a nice web page. Wishing you continued success. Come again soon!
I have been absent for a while, but now I remember why I used to love this web site. Thank you, I’ll try and check back more often. How frequently you update your website?
Greetings Bob:
Well, welcome back! I’m delighted to read your comments. Glad to know you embraced it all. Once you’ve been on a journey and made it back, it can be rarely easy to spread the news about life lessons. I feel there’s no better educator than life. Guess, you can say that I speak from experience. Awesome to know you are sharing this site with others. I appreciate that you dropped by, and come again, soon!
To answer your question, it can be costly to update a website. However, I did give it a new facelift this year. It will probably be another two or years before I do that again. As it comes to sending out a blog post, I have no set time or date that I make my postings; especially, with my hectic schedule. I mainly do it when I have something, in particular, to blog about.
Hey very nice blog!
Greetings Janet:
Thanks for that wonderful comment. Nice to know you liked the postings. Certainly, when one has been on a heck of a journey becomes easy to share the experience, from the good to bad. Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to
be running off the screen in Internet explorer.
I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let
you know. The style and design look great though!
Hope you get the issue fixed soon. Thanks
Hello Megan:
I appreciate your comment. In response, what you’re experiencing is not the first. I get that information, but not on a regular. Usually, I get a lot of feedback about how quickly the site loads up when it comes up. Then again, it could be a search engine issue. When dealing with technology, anything is possible. Sorry, you’re experiencing those issues. Perhaps, you should Google the question to see if that is something fixable with the browser. I do try and keep up with updates of the templates, to ensure its efficiency. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. However, that’s good to know. Thanks, again!
Nice weblog right here! Also your website quite a bit up very fast!
What web host are you using? Can I get your affiliate hyperlink to your host?
I want my site loaded up as quickly as yours lol
