Hey there, “Don’t look around I’m speaking to you. Yes, you . . .”
Truly, I don’t like to tackle the topic of politics or engage in its discussion ’cause it can become controversial. However, I loved this particular song by Kelly Clarkson very much and wanted to use it in a form posting. With the brokenness in society, thought this would be suitable for the upcoming election occasion. Here goes . . .
“I Dare You not to vote.” If you don’t vote, whatever happens to this crippled society after voting is over will completely be your fault. There will be no one to blame but you, yourself. There should be no more excuses for why you can’t get off your rump and cast a ballot. I’m not trying to find out whom you’ll vote for. It’s important that you just vote.
Surely, if someone was passing out hundreds of dollars for every voter who expressed their voice, you’d stand in line to collect. So get to running, and let your voice be heard. I Dare You not to! It doesn’t matter what language you speak this song dares you in all types of languages. It’s a song about “daring.” And is it a beaut!
