Greetings Readers:
As you know, I’ve been in the wellness circle for some time (now) since my journey. Journaling was a huge part of the recovery process─ bringing me from a dark place into that healthy space.
Surfing around the internet and across the globe, I’m always looking for like-minded people. I’ve discovered there are a number of awesome people far and near. One, in particular, I’d love to shine the spotlight on.
Today’s featured guest is . . . D R U M R O L L PLEASE!
RANGA RAJAH
Speaking from the heart Ranga says, “I’m so into wellness, I meditate, take walks and keep a journal.”
“Writing is a coping mechanism for me, from loneliness, anxiety, to osteoarthritis.”
Here’s a bit more about this Blogger, FreeLancer, Journalist, and Writer . . .
Ranga Rajah is a born native of India. While living in India and UAE, she was a Newspaper Lifestyle Journalist for daily newspapers (i.e, Bangalore Times, Bombay Times, and The Gulf Today). In 2003 Ranga relocated to Canada where she worked as a Freelancer for various publications, including but not limited to Metroland Media and Craft Your Content, among others.
As a writer, Ranga is presently working on her memoir. You can expect this to be a work of art upon completion. In her writer’s role, she wrote a short story as part of an anthology called “Her Mother’s Ashes 3,” published by Mawenzi Publications in Toronto; was previously called TSAR Publications.
On February 18, 2022, Ranga launched a YouTube Channel. With this latest achievement, her desire is to promote writers and authors (aspiring and published) and to speak about their work. In her enjoyment of writing, Ranga states, “I love writing, it’s the reason I use this platform.” “Of course, it affords an opportunity to connect with writers from across the globe and within their various genres.”
There are several sessions, Ranga has done on her YouTube Channel. In her latest session, Author, Blogger Mention 4, she speaks a bit about my wellness journey and work.
