On the weekend trip (with honey), I discovered this darling little card (Titled: “Girl In the Mirror”) at the River Arts District Artists, Asheville, in downtown North Carolina. I had to purchase this beau from its artist, Steve Trehub. I was in love with this because it reminded me of my award-winning activity guide, “Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall . . . Where Does My Self-Love Fall?
Often times, we are more beautiful than we can imagine. While looking in the mirror, we don’t see the person behind that mirrored image. One can lose sight of it all. When you start to work on “self,” you’ll spend lots of time and energy, acknowledging who you are and the person you’re becoming.
Emotional wellness is the piece that nurtures our inner self. No one should be able to strip you of that self-possession. Remember, allow no one to steal your joy, hijack your emotions, rain on your parade, or crush that inner-self! Just keep growing and shining. You are so beautiful!
