Self-love is not an item you can purchase. All the money in the world can’t buy self-love. You can take a shovel and dig a hole in the ground all day, but you will never find that thing called self-love. It’s something you must possess within yourself.
1) Self-love is not only a concept but a mindset.
2) Self-love is a nurturing self that gives unconditional (spoiling) love to the “self.”
3) Self-love is visible in its actions.
Self-love appears in a myriad of ways. Here are some . . . add your own to the list:
- Making daily choices for your benefit.
- Indulging n a bath filled with your favorite bubble bath oils.
- Speaking what’s on your mind.
