Today, I’m doing a Happy Dance. Come join me in this dance space . . . .
Why are we dancing? Recently, I heard this song and fell in love with its lyrics. Loved it so much that I played it for the inmates at my workshop in prison, at Clayton County Transitional Center. And, I’ve not seen so many grown men cry (under one roof). It’s true, “You Don’t Know,” our stories.
Now, when we cry, we’re raining tears. We’re shedding tears of joy! No one knows the journey we’ve walked or the imprints left behind.
Don’t cry for us, just come and dance with us!
