Greetings Everyone:
Surely, you are aware that my topics usually focus on the wellness arena. Journaling and Music Therapy have always been huge healing vessels ─ taking me from that dark space in time into a healthy one.
As I continuously surf the internet and move across the globe, I’m constantly looking for like-minded people. With many talented people in existence, there is “awesomeness” far and near. Today, I’ve found one (in particular), I’d love to shine the spotlight on. The “Featured Guest” is Ellen J. Green. Coming to the platform, let’s hand out plenty of claps.
Ask yourself, “What makes people so broken?” The answer to this question is endless. One can experience brokenness as a victim of losing a loved one; addiction; abandonment; bullying; cancer-stricken; depression; domestic violence; heartbreak; homelessness; mental illness; police brutality; and on and on. When this happens, one goes into the grieving stage. It is then we look to professionals like Author, Ellen Green to guide us through our wellness journey.
